Payment Policy

All Payments are made through PayPal.

Deposit:- 50% deposit is taken at booking

Balance:- Remaining balance (50% in most cases) will be invoices 45 days before check-in and must be paid by 30 days before check-in.
if the booking is made with 30 days of the check-in date you will be invoiced for outstanding balance right away. and this invoice must be paid by return.

Cancellation Refund Policy

Cancellation Refunds will be available in the following proportions:-

• Full Refund will be given up to 6 days after booking.
• 50% Refund will be given between 7 days after booking date up to 14 days from Check-in
• No Refund will be given after 14 days before check-in

COVID-19

We do not allow guests with COVID-19 to stay at our villa. If you have covid-19 please inform us before check-in and we will cancel your stay and give you a refund in accordance with our Cancellation Refund Policy
